AS A FRESHMAN (2007-08): One of the top
freshmen breaststrokers in the Horizon League...her 2:28.92 in the
200 breast ranks as the third-fastest time in school history, while
her 1:08.72 in the 100 breast is the fourth-fastest ever...also
added the second-fastest season times in the 200 IM (2:23.64) and
the 400 IM (5:10.38)...her 26.90 in the 50 freestyle was the
fourth-fastest time on the year...posted a 1:00.26 in the 100
free...swam the breaststroke leg of the 200 and 400 medley relay
teams that tallied top times on the year.
AT PENDLETON HEIGHTS HIGH: Earned Academic
All-America and academic all-state honors...four-year state
qualifier...conference champion all four seasons...named team
captain in two years...named team MVP...was a Wendy's High School
Heisman nominee...Madison County Athlete of Character...holds the
school record in the 100 breast and 200 IM...also a member of the
200 medley and 400 freestyle relay record holding
teams...Salutatorian of her class...member of the National Honor
Society and the German National Honor Society.
