Coach Farley on Wagoner: "Jared is an excellent all-around
athlete and a great competitor. He goes into the season as our No.
1 candidate for the closer role. He could also be an effective
starting pitcher. He is mentally tough and wants the ball in clutch
situations." 2008: Led the team with 17 appearances, all in
relief...allowed one earned run in 3.0 innings at Kentucky (March
1)...had six no-hit scoreless outings during the year, including a
two-inning stint against Cleveland State (May 16)...picked up a
save at Youngstown State (April 19), working a scoreless one-hit
