Butler Adds Men’s Basketball Transfers
Butler men’s basketball coach Chris Holtmann gained some immediate help and some future aid with the addition of a pair of NCAA Division I transfer players. Joining the Bulldogs are former St. Bonaventure player Jordan Gathers and former George Washington player Kethan Savage.

Butler Announces Men’s Basketball Coaching Appointments
Butler men’s basketball coach Chris Holtmann, coming off a successful first season, has added one assistant and retained another to complete his full-time staff for 2015-16. Holtmann announced the appointments of former Illinois Special Assistant to the Head Coach Ryan Pedon as an assistant coach and former Butler graduate assistant Emerson Kampen as basketball analyst.

It began with Butler relegated to second division status in the BIG EAST. It ended with the Bulldogs in the Round of 32 in the 2015 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship. In between, the Bulldogs engineered one of the most remarkable turnarounds in BIG EAST conference history.

Butler forward Kameron Woods closed out his collegiate playing career at the National Association of Basketball Coaches Reese’s College All-Star Game at Lucas Oil Stadium on Friday, April 3. And he did it with a performance that fans of the Bulldogs have come to appreciate.

Butler senior Alex Barlow faced a familiar foe in the finals of the State Farm Three-Point Championship at Hinkle Fieldhouse on Thursday, April 2, and wound up with another one-point decision. But this time it was Kevin Pangos of Gonzaga who came away with the victory.

Kameron Woods To Play In College All-Star Game
Butler senior Kameron Woods isn't quite done with his collegiate playing career. The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced that the 6-9 Butler forward has been selected to play on the East All-Star Team in the 2015 Reese's Division I College All-Star Game at Lucas Oil Stadium on Friday, April 3.

Chris Holtmann Awarded Contract Extension At Butler
Butler head Coach Chris Holtmann, who guided the Bulldogs to a very successful men’s basketball campaign in 2014-15, has been awarded a contract extension. The new deal signed by Holtmann extends the coach’s contract through the 2020-21 season.
