Tom Dilley, who won multiple high school football state championships as a coach in Indiana, joined the Butler coach staff in 2013. Dilley is BU's tight ends coach.

"(Coach Dilley) has been an outstanding and well-respected head football coach in Indianapolis for years," said Butler head coach Jeff Voris.  "His experience, knowledge and teaching ability is a tremendous benefit for our players and program."

Dilley served as head coach at Bishop Chatard High School from 1990 to 2002 and as head coach at Lawrence North High School from 2003 to 2012.  He guided Chatard to back-to-back state championships in 2001 and 2002. His 2002 Chatard squad posted a perfect 15-0 season.
