Poteracki helps Bulldogs to second place finish

Sophomore Michael Poteracki led Butler with a second place finish in the Big Four Invitational at Crooked Stick Golf Club in Carmel, Ind. on April 11. Poteracki shot a 75 for the day in the single round tournament.

Butler's team also placed second in the four team meet with a total score of 316. DePauw won the event with a total score of 304.

For the Bulldogs, junior Chris Spitler shot a 79 to tie for fifth place while senior Will Turner tied for seventh with a score of 80. Junior Trey Server shot an 82 on the day to finish in a tie for 10th. Colin Quinn rounded out Butler's scoring with a 91.

Junior Jordan Voss of DePauw won the event by shooting a 65. Butler will compete in the Loyola Rambler Invitational on Monday.
