Zach Steinberger Named To All-Freshman Team

INDIANAPOLIS, IND. -- Butler midfielder Zach Steinberger is one of 33 players who have been named to the College Soccer News 2011 All-Freshman Team.  The first-year Butler player was chosen third team on the honor squad.

Steinberger finished his initial season at Butler as the Bulldogs’ second-leading scorer.  He led the team in assists with five and tied for second on the squad in goals with four.  He was named second team All-Horizon League and was chosen to the Horizon League All-Newcomer Team.

Steinberger was the lone player from the Horizon League selected to the College Soccer News All-Freshman squad.
