Bulldogs Fall To Illinois State
INDIANAPOLIS - The Butler men's tennis team lost, 7-0, Sunday to Illinois State at the Butler Tennis Bubble. BU is now 2-5 on the season.
The Redbirds took two of three to win the doubles point, with Chris Herron and Zach Ervin combining for a win at No. 3 doubles.
Illinois State won all six singles contests. Three Bulldogs - Ervin, Bryce Warren and Brandon Bayliss - did manage to win one set each.
BU returns to the court Tuesday, Feb. 16 vs. Xavier. The match, at the Butler Tennis Bubble, will be at 3 p.m.
