2007-08 - Freshman Season: The Horizon League's
Newcomer of the Year...posted a 17-14 record in singles play,
including a 10-5 record at the No. 5 position...boasted a perfect
6-0 mark in league play...closed the season by winning 13 of his
final 14 singles bouts, including seven-straight from Feb. 20 to
March 21...picked up 11 wins at doubles play, including nine while
playing with Sam Brown...finished with a 7-12 record at No. 3
doubles...was 3-3 during the conference season...named the league's
player of the week on March 4.
High School: Three-time all-state honorable
mention...four-time individual conference champion, earning
first-team all-conference honors each year...two-year team
captain...played three years at No. 1 singles and one at No.
