Juan Rodriguez returns for his ninth season as men's assistant
coach, where he has helped head coach Jason Suscha guide the
Bulldogs to six conference championships in the past seven years
and appearances in six of the last seven NCAA Tournaments.
Rodriguez was a member of the 1998 conference championship team
at Butler and joined Suscha's staff once his playing career ended.
A two-time all-conference selection and 1995 league "Newcomer of
the Year" in his own right, Rodriguez has helped to mentor five
Horizon League Players of the Year from Butler in the award's nine
years of existence. He is the only three-time Mental Attitude Award
winner in Butler tennis history.
Rodriguez graduated from Butler with a degree in business
administration and resides in Indianapolis.
