Butler Softball Series Moved

INDIANAPOLIS, IND. -- Butler’s three-game Horizon League softball series at Wright State, originally scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday (April 26-27), has been delayed two days due to rain and wet conditions in the Midwest.

The Bulldogs now will face Wright State in a doubleheader at the WSU Softball Field in Fairborn, Ohio, on Thursday, April 28, starting at 3 p.m. (ET).  The final game of the three-game set will be played on Friday, April 29, at 1 p.m.

Butler (26-18) will close the regular season with a three-game league series at Loyola, beginning on Saturday, April 30.

The Bulldogs currently lead the Horizon League with a 12-4 record.  Loyola is second in the league standings with a 12-5 mark.  The Horizon League regular season champion will host the 2011 Horizon League Softball Championship, beginning on May 11.
