Christina Laun enters her second season as an assistant coach for the Butler women's tennis team. The former "All-Horizon League" performer graduated from Butler in 2004 with a finance degree and currently attends the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. During her brief time in law school, Laun has been recognized with Indiana International & Comparative Law Review and Dean's Tutorial Society honors. A three-time first-team "All-Horizon League" (2002-04) performer and former No. 1 player for the Bulldogs, Laun led the Bulldogs to four consecutive second-place league finishes during her time at Butler. In addition to her achievements on the court, Laun was a consistent selection to the Butler Athletic Director's Honor Roll and the Horizon League All-Academic Team and Academic Honor Roll. In addition to her work at Butler, Laun has also spent the past two seasons as a tennis instructor at the Rivieria Tennis Club in Indianapolis. Laun graduated from Kiel High School in Wisconsin where she was the Division 2 state champion as a sophomore in 1996.
