Indianapolis, Ind. - Molly Casperson and Tiffany McLoughlin scored wins in the top two singles spots, but Miami (Ohio) claimed the doubles point and the remaining four singles matches to top Butler, 5-2, at the Butler Bubble on Saturday (Feb. 3).
Casperson, playing at No. 1 singles for the first time this year, earned a 6-2 win in the first set against Katrina Lomidze before falling 6-2 in the second set. Casperson, however, rallied back in the final frame to take a 6-2 victory.
