2008 - Sophomore Season: Named
to All-Horizon League Team...led the team and ranked fourth in the
Horizon League with 3.24 kills per contest...ranked fifth in the
league with 3.70 points per set...a member of the Sun Bowl
Invitational All-Tournament Team, Owls Challenge All-Tournament
Team and Buffalo Ramada Invitational All-Tournament Team...started
in 28 of the 30 games while seeing action in all 117 sets...was
second on the squad with 355 digs...fourth on the team with 45
assists while averaging 0.38 per set...had 14 service aces on the
year...finished tied for the team lead with 13 double-doubles in
kills and digs...registered double-figure kills in 24 matches and
double-figure digs in 16...tallied a season-best 20 digs three
times...recorded a season-best 20 kills against IUPUI on Sept. 16.
2007 - Freshman Season: Named to the Horizon League All-Newcomer Team...started in 28 of the team's 29 matches, appearing in 110 games...ranked third on the squad with 2.66 kills per game and fourth with 2.58 digs per game...recorded 29 kills against Youngstown State on Sept. 14, the most for a Butler player in 2007 and tied for the sixth-highest single-match total in school history...had double-figure kill totals in 15 matches and double-digit digs in 14...tallied a season-best 23 digs at UIC on Oct. 3...finished tied for third on the team with eight double-doubles on the year...named to the West Virginia Volleyball Classic all-tournament team after averaging 3.7 kills per game in three matches.
High School: Four-year letterwinner as an outside hitter and defensive specialist at Plainfield (Ind.) High School...tabbed as the Metro West Player of the Year and to the First Indiana Super Team as a senior in 2006...named to the all-conference team and to the Metro West Team in her final three seasons...earned team MVP distinction as a sophomore, junior and senior and team captain honors as a junior and senior...helped her team to three conference championships, a pair of county championships and a sectional title...coached by Roxanne Chapman and Jen Pearson...also lettered four years in basketball and three in track...earned all-state honors her senior year...named to the all-conference, all-county and Metro West teams all four years...tabbed as the team's MVP all four years...holds several records in basketball...team earned county championships in 2005 and 2006 and a sectional title in 2006...competed in the long jump with the track team, qualifying for regionals all three seasons...member of the National Honor Society...graduated 20th in her class.
